We are seeking a Junior .NET Developer  for this Contract role at a Leading Organization in Grand Rapids!

Day to Day Duties:
(MONDAY)
AUP (Acceptance Use Policies) This person would be at a workstation for 6 hours every Monday reviewing emails for Adult content.  If unacceptable content is found they must remove it from the email system.
 
(TUESDAY-FRIDAY)
60-70% of the day will be providing Blackberry Support.  There are currently 600 users and an additional 40-140 more users that will be added shortly.  Most of the work will be doing activations, troubleshooting, interacting with the user community.  Blackberry experience is nice but our client is willing to train.
 
30-40% of the remaining time will be working on the Content Management side of the Intranet.  There are 3,000 plus employees that may make requests for updates on the different corporate sites for posting documents.  This person must have experience working with ASP, ASP.NET or VB skills to understand how to make the changes in the system.  Our client will train the contractor how to use their procedures.  Ideal candidate must have the personality for customer support and be a team player. 

Must Have:

Great Customer service personality.
Team Player.
Experience providing Customer Support.

Nice to Have:

Understanding of application support with any of these languages: (ASP, ASP.NET, VB or HTML, Preferably with ASP or ASP.NET)
Bachelors Degree.
Blackberry Support experience.
